I hope all had a great holiday season!  We sure did our share of celebrating and enjoyed the festive season with friends and family.   Kris's father came up from Columbus for a couple days and went to the city with the ladies Sunday night for yesterdays check up with Doc Healey and the Oncologist team.  Dallas got another thumbs up and a smile!!!  Her leg is healing very nicely and her mobility is improving every day.  Her hair is coming back so quickly as well.  She now looks like a new Army recruit on the first day of bootcamp.

Her next appointment in the city is Feb 9th - they will remove her port and do all the major scans and such.  Once this is done, the visits to the city will stretch out to every 6-8 weeks rather than the every 4 weeks we have currently been doing.

As I type this - Dallas is back in school as of today!!!!  This is her first day back since last May.  She was really nervous about going back but we are confident once she is there and surrounded by her classmates -  all will be good.  It will be a challenge for her but I know that she is up for it and she can do it - she can do anything!!
