Hey Everybody! Dallas here.I'm home. I'm happy. But most of all..... I'm DONE!!As you may know, I was hospitalized for nine days after my last round of chemo.But now I'm glad to be half way back to normal.Last week I had a few friends come over, Tuesday I went to school to get a tour and my schedule, and this weekend I'm having my best friend spend the night.I'm excited to go back to school on January 6th, but at the same time, I'm REALLY nervous! I'll be assigned a buddy on the first day to help me out and introduce me to people. I'll also have a teacher's aide to walk me to my classes for awhile. Students keep asking my tutor how I'm doing. I'm sure they're excited to see me as well!Today I went Christmas shopping for my mom and dad. But besides them, I'm not ready AT ALL!!! Time has gone by way to fast!My last appointment with Dr.Healy was last Monday. You may know, but he was planning to do a third surgery. But we kept praying and believing, and we told Dr.Healy to back off! And he approved!That Monday night I went to a Christmas party that had Bruce Springstien and Micheal J. Fox. My mom was so excited!! I got Scott Gomez's autograph (New York Rangers hockey player), a picture with "The BOSS" autographed, and a big bag full of gifts. My favorite things were the signed Jonas Brothers CD (OMG!), a signed Demi Lavato cd (KEWL!), and the $100 gift card to Toys R Us. I had so much fun!!My Christmas list is surprisingly small this year: Games for my Nintendo DS, Wii Music, and these cool Jonas Brothers wall stickers to go in my new room. That reminds me, our friend Shane redid my upstairs room for when I'm able to move back up there. He put whole new dry wall up, he made my closet bigger, painted my room blue and pink, and a lot more! I'm really excited! My grandma even bought me a canopy trundle bed so my friends won't have to sleep on the floor when they spend the night.I wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a happy new year! Be well!!
